2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. What are your shipping options and costs? We offer these cozy options for US orders:

  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Shipping (standard delivery): 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Free shipping applies automatically on eligible orders (no minimum required for the free tiers). Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier delays.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

5. What is your return policy? We want you to adore your plush! Enjoy a 30-day return window for unused, unopened items in original condition and packaging. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return. Return shipping is typically your responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. 6. Are your plush toys safe for children? Yes! All our plush bears meet or exceed US safety standards (CPSIA compliant). They use non-toxic materials, embroidered eyes/noses (no small parts for choking hazard on most items), and are suitable for various ages — check product pages for recommended age ranges and any warnings.

7. How do I care for my plush bear? Most are surface-washable with a damp cloth and mild soap. For deeper cleaning, many are machine-washable (gentle cycle, cold water, air dry recommended). Always follow the care tag on your specific plush to keep them soft and cuddly for years.
